Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Songvela is an online service. Contact us at support@songvela.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Songvela, make a purchase, or record a voice sample. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You may order a song about a person under 18 only if you are that person's parent or legal guardian, or have the permission of their parent or legal guardian. Voice samples of anyone under 18 are not allowed.

3. The service

Songvela lets you describe a person or occasion through our website or Telegram bot and request AI-assisted lyrics, music, vocals, and related voice features. We use third-party processors, including Stripe for checkout, Resend for transactional email, Telegram for delivery, a third-party AI music generation provider for music, vocals and voice features, and a third-party text and speech processing provider for lyrics and voice-message transcription where a requested feature requires it.

Generation times are estimates. A generated result may require retrying or may differ from your expectations. We do not promise a particular genre, voice, pronunciation, likeness, or artistic result.

4. Accounts and delivery

Website purchases are linked to the email entered at checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, we send a single-use claim link by email so you can connect the purchase to a Telegram account. Visiting a success page does not itself create credits. Keep your claim link private and contact support if it is lost.

You are responsible for access to your email and Telegram account and for the accuracy of the information you submit.

5. Purchases

Song packages are one-time purchases charged in USD through Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription. The package and price are shown before payment. Stripe collects and processes payment details; Songvela does not receive your full card number.

Credits are consumed when you use them to request a result. The refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and your promises

You keep rights you already hold in text, recordings, names, and other material you submit. You give Songvela the limited permission needed to transmit and process that material, including through our providers, to deliver the requested service.

When you submit material, you promise that:

• any voice sample you record is your own voice. Creating a voice model of another person is not allowed;
• you have the right to share with us the names and details of the person the song is about, and doing so does not violate that person's privacy or other rights;
• any lyrics or text you submit as your own were written by you, or you hold the rights needed to use them.

Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Songvela to:

• name a real artist, band, or performer in your description or style request, or ask for a song in the style or voice of a specific real performer;
• imitate the voice, name, or likeness of a public figure or of any other real person;
• record or submit the voice of anyone other than yourself, or of anyone under 18;
• submit lyrics or other text that belong to someone else;
• mislead, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm anyone, or pass yourself off as another person;
• create unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive material.

We may decline a request, remove content, and suspend or end access when these rules are broken.

8. Generated songs and your licence

We grant you the rights in your generated song that we ourselves hold, to the extent permitted by the terms of our generation providers, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may listen to it, keep it, give it as a gift, and share it with family, friends, and on your personal social media without monetization.

You may not sell or license the song, monetize it, distribute it to music streaming services or stores, or use it in advertising or in any business product or service.

AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in the United States or in other countries. We do not promise that a song is unique, exclusive to you, protectable, or eligible for copyright registration. Other users may receive similar results. AI output may contain errors or material you did not intend; you are responsible for reviewing it before sharing it and for respecting copyright, publicity, privacy, and other rights when you use it.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Songvela and its operator against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your breach of the promises in Section 6, the rules in Section 7, or the licence limits in Section 8.

10. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, pause, or terminate access when necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law, protect users or providers, or enforce these terms. We may also remove content that violates these terms.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Songvela disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Songvela is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, record label, music publisher, or platform. Third-party names are used only to describe how the service works.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date above will change when we do. Please contact support@songvela.com before raising a payment dispute so we can investigate.
