1. Controller and contact

2. Information we receive

We receive the email address and package information you provide at website checkout, payment and checkout identifiers from Stripe, support messages and their reference numbers, and information needed to deliver a purchase to your Telegram account. The Telegram bot may process your Telegram user ID, profile name, language preference, conversation input, song history, and account balances.

3. Voice recordings

If you use a voice feature, you record voice messages yourself in our Telegram bot. We use them only to check the recording and to create the song you requested. We do not use voice recordings to identify you, and we do not sell them. By recording and sending a voice sample you consent to this processing.

The audio file is held on our server for up to two hours and is then deleted automatically. The voice model is created and processed by our third-party AI music generation provider on its own systems and under its own terms; we keep only a technical reference to it. Voice messages also remain in your Telegram chat, under Telegram's terms, until you delete them.

To ask for deletion, email support@songvela.com. We will delete what we hold, and where our provider makes deletion available, we will request it.

4. People featured in songs

A song is usually about another person. The customer who orders it gives us that person's name and the details they choose to share, and is responsible for having the right to do so under our Terms of Service. We use this information only to create the requested song. If a song is about you and you want the information removed, email support@songvela.com.

5. How we use information

• to create, deliver, recover, and support purchases;
• to generate lyrics, music, vocals, or voice results you request;
• to send transactional email and support replies;
• to prevent abuse, secure accounts, enforce limits, and investigate disputes;
• to measure the performance of our advertising;
• to comply with legal obligations and keep accounting records.

6. Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Resend delivers transactional and support email. Telegram delivers bot messages. A third-party AI music generation provider processes lyrics, style descriptions, and voice recordings to create music, vocals, and voice results. A third-party text and speech processing provider processes your descriptions and voice messages to write lyrics and transcribe speech. These providers receive only the data needed for their role, process it under their own terms and privacy policies, and may be located in countries other than your own.

Advertising measurement. If you reach us through one of our ads, a short redirect page uses the Meta Pixel, and we send events to Meta Platforms through its Conversions API: your IP address, browser user agent, Meta click and cookie identifiers, a hashed (SHA-256) Telegram user ID, and the fact that you started the bot or completed a purchase, with its amount and currency. Our main website does not load the pixel.

7. Storage and retention

We retain purchase, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support records for as long as needed for those purposes or required by law. Claim links are designed to expire and are stored as protected hashes on our server. Voice recordings are kept as described in Section 3. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing support@songvela.com. Deletion may be limited where we must retain a payment, accounting, security, or dispute record. Transactional delivery messages are necessary to provide a purchase.

Residents of some U.S. states have additional rights to know, correct, and delete their personal information and not to be treated unfairly for using those rights. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of advertising measurement or to use any of these rights, email us at the address above.

9. Security and international processing

We use access controls, host restrictions, rate limits, signed payment webhooks, protected claim tokens, and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards.

10. Children

Songvela is for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information or voice recordings from anyone under 18 as a user; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date above identifies the current version.
