3. What a notice must contain

To help us review a notice, include a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

4. Review and action

We review complete notices and remove or restrict access to material that appears to infringe copyright. We may notify the person who submitted the material and provide an opportunity to respond. We terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

5. Counter-notices

If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected user may send a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. We may restore material when legally permitted and when the claimant does not take further action.

6. Good-faith reports

Do not submit false or abusive notices. This policy applies to material submitted through the Songvela website, Telegram bot, support channel, or generated-content workflow.
